About You: They’re looking for a proactive senior creative lead with deep experience in brand identity, design, and packaging within the alcohol industry. You have a killer portfolio that showcases your ability to create holistic branding concepts and design solutions that align with client vision and project goals. You’ve officially led a team of 3+ and have transitioned from day-to-day IC work to championing and shepherding your team and their work.

What You’ll Need:

  • A collaborative spirit with experience working across multiple alcohol brands.

  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom), as well as Keynote and Google Suite.

  • Experience in Blender and Figma is a plus.

  • Ability to prepare and facilitate flawless print production files.

  • Solid communication skills, with a knack for proactive project management.

  • A love for the craft of design and a big curiosity for learning.

  • A mix of artistic flair and process-oriented thinking, with a focus on delivering work on time.

This is a full-time, in-office role based at their HQ in San Luis Obispo. They offer a transition plan for those looking to relocate and have successfully brought team members over from Brooklyn, Miami, Los Angeles, and even Barcelona.
