3D Motion Designer

The Role:

As a 3D Motion Designer, you will be responsible for producing professional, creative videos, and motion assets across our product range, marketing communications and social media channels. You will be working on various projects including, but not limited to, 3D illustrations, animations and video ads for campaigns, as well as informational videos like education and news for our web and app platforms. 

The main responsibilities of the position include:

·         Conceptualise, create storyboards, design/illustrate and develop motion graphics and animations for advertising, educational and platform videos for web, mobile, and other digital platforms

·         Utilize motion graphics techniques to enhance visual storytelling and create engaging animations.

·         Edit video footage and motion graphics compositing

·         Work with voice-overs and sound effects to enhance video productions

·         Produce daily videos and podcasts

·         Edit video footage and motion graphics composition

·         Keep abreast of the current video trends by incorporating the latest styles, techniques, and narratives into advertising campaigns to ensure content is fresh, relevant, and engaging

·         Perform any other tasks, as assigned by the Manager

Main requirements:

·         Degree in Motion Graphic, Motion Design, Media Communication, Animation, Illustration, or a related field.

·         At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

·         Portfolio of completed video and motion graphics projects is required.

·         Extensive experience in Adobe Creative Suite: primarily After Effects, Premier Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator

·         Working knowledge of the following audio tools: Adobe Audition and Audacity

·         Working knowledge of Autodesk Maya / Cinema4D or Blender / VFX & CGI /Post Production / 3D Camera Tracking / DSLR Camera Operating will be an advantage

·         Experience in utilizing AI tools for video creation and editing, enabling the efficient production of high-quality content will be considered an advantage.

·         Experience with creating videos for various channels (YT, TikTok, Meta, etc.,) and monitoring video engagement KPIs (view rates, conversion rates, etc.) will be considered an advantage.

·         Strong video editing, motion graphics and sound skills.

·         Proactive, efficient, and creative.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Knowledge of Uzbek will be considered an advantage
