Vanguard Legal Group is a leading estate planning firm in California. We’re dedicated to providing our clients with exceptional legal service and peace of mind.
We help individuals and families plan for their future, ensuring their wishes are carried out, and their loved ones and assets are protected.
Our work to protect our clients is excellent, and our website should reflect that. Unfortunately, our website is currently substandard aesthetically and functionally - which is why we recently partnered with an outside firm to fully redesign it.
Our website redesign project will be completed in September 2024.
Our New Website Will
Provide a user-friendly experience for our visitors, making it easy for them to navigate, find needed information, and take critical actions.
Leverage WordPress CMS.
Leverage Elementor.
Be responsive and optimized for all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile) to ensure a seamless platform experience.
House a variety of content marketing assets (short-form content, such as blog posts, in addition to longer-form, gated and video content).
Our Current Need
We are excited to have partnered with a talented design partner who is bringing our vision to life by creating an attractive, organized, and effective website that will showcase our best-in-class services, capture leads, and, ultimately, help drive client acquisitions.
This RFP seeks a qualified Elementor developer or agency to develop our new website using existing design assets. This website will leverage WP Engine Hosting.
This is a WordPress-specific, Elementor-only development project. This project does NOT include:
Design - We have already awarded the design of our new website to a partner.
Text content development - We will supply all text to our chosen development partner.
Animation - There will be no animation whatsoever across our website.
The following assets will be provided to our chosen developer:
High-fidelity mockups of all pages/templates/menus (desktop, mobile & tablet versions)
All graphic assets (stock photos, icons, logos)
Style guide (color palette, typography, spacing, other visual guidelines)
We will deliver all design assets to you for development, and we want this project completed within 4 weeks.
Note: We will require you to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before receiving any company or project information we deem confidential.

Project Deliverables
A fully launched WordPress website that accurately leverages the assets created by our design partner.
Proposal Deliverables
Please include the following within your proposal:
A detailed 4-week project timeline detailing check-in meetings and project milestones.
A proposed revisions process.
Budget - Proposals will include estimated costs based on the scope of work.
We will give significant consideration to partners who can complete this project in under 4 weeks.
Selection Process
We are looking for a development partner who can accurately develop and launch our new website.
We are not the development experts - you need to be. However, there needs to be an appropriate degree of collaboration and transparency between all parties.
In your response we must understand your process, from project start to website launch, and how you believe you can help us achieve our desired result.
Show us the great work you’ve done to date (portfolio, development samples) and find a way to show us that YOU are the strategic partner we’re looking for to help drive this project and, potentially, future projects.
We are a great team looking for a great partner.
We want to start this project in early September 2024 and will receive and review proposals immediately without specified “submission” and “review” timeframes. We strongly encourage you to respond excellently and with urgency.
