Satnam Singh Sandhu is a Chancellor of Chandigarh University and a nominated Member of Parliament,[1][2] Rajya Sabha.[3][4][5]

Sandhu founded the Chandigarh Group of Colleges (CGC) at Landran in Mohali in 2001 and later in 2012 he founded Chandigarh University.[citation needed]
