Avoiding Drive by tagging

edit

I want to make sure that my edits are not removed as a result of perception of "drive by tagging". I am searching through a connected group of articles surrounding Laxmaiah Manchikanti and interventional pain management. I think authorship may be in part connected through a PR campaign by his organizations to promote his practices.

@Raymondeugenelane What sort of help do you need? ~ ONUnicorn(Talk|Contribs)problem solving 15:56, 5 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
Wikipedia is hard to use for us mere mortals. The Laxmaiah Manchikanti article is possibly going to be deleted. I need help in resolving this. I an supply supporting sources, but don't how to make changes to the page. Raymondeugenelane (talk) 16:09, 5 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
This doesn't specifically require an administrator, so I have made it a general request that any editor can evaluate. You may propose your changes here, but you may also want to discuss them in the deletion discussion. For learning about editing, there is a new user tutorial. 331dot (talk) 16:23, 5 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
Here is information that may resolve the issues partially or in total. I don't know how to publish these.
AttackHelicopter51 removed Dr. Manchikanti’s affiliation with LSU citing that he could not be found on the site—here is a link that backs up his affiliation: https://residents.lsuhsc.edu/no/anesthesiology/faculty.aspx
Dr. Manchikanti’s affiliation with the University of Louisville was also contested. We have proof here:
https://louisville.edu/medicine/departments/anesthesiology/faculty/joint-and-associate-faculty
A section of the Wikipedia entry that mentions Dr. Manchikanti has advanced the evolution and development of interventional pain management was removed, however I believe that the following CMS links show his involvement:
https://www.cms.gov/medicare-coverage-database/view/lcd.aspx?lcdid=39242
https://www.cms.gov/medicare-coverage-database/view/lcd.aspx?LCDId=36850&ContrId=275

https://www.cms.gov/medicare-coverage-database/view/article.aspx?articleId=58658&ver=7
The section on NASPER was removed. Here is link that establishes the law, and a link that ties Dr. Manchikanti to it’s existence:
https://www.congress.gov/bill/109th-congress/house-bill/1132
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/16850056/
A line about Dr. Manchikanti being Chairman of the Board for ASIPP was removed. Here is a 3rd party link from a government site providing evidence:
https://www.cassidy.senate.gov/newsroom/press-releases/cassidy-visits-caf-reconcile-addresses-american-society-of-interventional-pain-physicians
The section on Education and Certification was removed. I believe this 3rd party link provides evidence:

The section on KASPER was removed. Here is a link to back that up:

Raymondeugenelane, which three of those sources, in your view, do most to establish the subject's notability? In-depth discussion of him is needed. Maproom (talk) 17:09, 5 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
You said "we have proof", who is "we"? 331dot (talk) 17:43, 5 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
