I'm missing the critics about the PCAOB and their accounting standard 2 (AS 2) which led to the AS5 in 2007 213.214.35.16 21:31, 30 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

That's a criticism of AS2, not of the PCAOB. Epstein's Mother 07:41, 1 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

Salary information is out of date

"Atkins' sticking point is the 3.3 percent increase in the PCAOB board members' salaries, which he called "disproportionately high." The increases will raise chairman Mark Olson's pay by $21,000 to $654,406 and each of the other board members by $17,000 to $531,995." —Preceding unsigned comment added by 173.24.27.68 (talk) 20:20, 18 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

Supreme Court

edit

I added information about the case in the Supreme Court, as it is scheduled for argument in two weeks. When someone gets around to writing the article about the case, the long quotation of issues presented should be moved to that article. I note that the respondents' merits briefs address an additional question: whether the petitioners' failure to follow the review procedure set out in the statute leaves the court without jurisdiction to hear the appeal (see PCAOB's merits brief and the SG's brief). 121a0012 (talk) 07:51, 28 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

First chairman?

edit

"The PCAOB's first Chairman was...William J. McDonough" - really? Even though he was not there long enough to do anything, WHW surely has this title? Snori (talk) 08:16, 28 October 2015 (UTC)Reply
