DJ Manifest is a Canadian radio personality, who currently hosts the program Toronto Morning Live on 105.5 CHRY-FM and features a nationally recognized and distributed broadcast segment entitled the MAPL Mix_TM

Backgrounder

Born and raised Randy Reid in Toronto, Ontario, Reid got his start in radio as a content producer for 88.1 CKLN-FM in Toronto in 1995 and later as an intern at CBC Radio contributing to the popular program ‘As It Happens’.

Career

Better known as one of Toronto’s more experienced club, event and radio DJ’s, DJ Manifest got his first hosting role starting out alongside DJ Mel-Boogie. The two co-hosted one of most popular urban morning broadcasts on Toronto radio waves The Break-A-Dawn heard exclusively on campus/community station 105.5 CHRY-FM from 1996-2000. Over the years, Manifest has made a career delivering engaging interviews with both Canadian and international music industry icons – including Kardinal Offishall, Melanie Durrant, KRS-One, K-os, Lil’ Mo, Common, Raphael Saadiq to name a few and has fearlessly pioneered Canadian radio broadcast by supporting new and emerging Canadian Hip Hop and R&B acts on-air at unprecedented levels.

Continuing to deliver groundbreaking radio Randy ‘Manifest’ Reid now hosts an equally popular morning show Toronto Morning Live on 105.5 CHRY-FM - showcasing the best of Canadian R&B/Soul and Hip Hop with over 80% Canadian Content, featuring the highly touted MAPL Mix_TM series and co-hosted alongside his talented and charismatic partner Flo[1].
