Tofig Bayram (Azerbaijani: Tofiq Bayram), born Tofig Gulam oglu Bayramov (16 December 1934, Əmircan, Baku – 19 April 1991, Baku) was an Azerbaijani poet, public figure, translator. He has been a member of Union of Azerbaijani Writers (1959)

Tofig Bayram was born in Amirjan village of Baku city on the 16th of December in 1934. After finishing his primary school, he has continued his education (1954-1959) at Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University . His major was History. Afterwards, he has worked as Chief of Department at Azerbaijani Teacher newspaper. Then he worked in different academic functions at Azerbaijani State Television and Radio Committee (1960-1961), Azerbaijani State Opera and Ballet Theatre in the name of Mirza Fatali Akhundov (1961-1964), Ulduz Journal (1964-1968), Literature and Art Journal (1968-1978) and Writer Journal (1978). Throughout his life, Tofig Bayram had written a lot of poems and translated several works from Russian to Azerbaijani language. Tofig Bayram was awarded as Azerbaijani Honorable Artistic Figure in 1984. Afterwards, he received Azerbaijani State Award in the name of Maxim Gorky in 1988 due to his translation of Conviction of Memory poem from Aleksandr Tvardovsky.

He has been married to Zarifa Bayramova (née Babayeva) and had 3 sons.

He has died on 19th of April in 1991 in Baku after several years of illness. He has been interred in Əmircan, Baku cemetery.
