English proficiency varies widely among Wikipedia contributors and many non-native speakers make valuable contributions despite language barriers. This comment seems very unnecessary. It could be very discouraging and might deter them from making future contributions, which goes against Wikipedia's goal of being an inclusive, global platform. It would be more constructive to offer specific, polite suggestions for improvement or to assist with edits if language issues are affecting content quality.
