Revision as of 01:22, 26 September 2019

Parliamentary elections in Guinea are scheduled for 28 December 2019,[1] after being postponed from an original date the previous January.[2][3][4][5]

Electoral system

The 114 members of the National Assembly are elected by a mixed member system; 38 are elected from single-member constituencies based on the prefectures by first-past-the-post voting, whilst the other 76 are elected from a single nationwide constituency by proportional representation.[6]
