A Hereford Beefstouw is a Danish steakhouse restaurant chain. It was founded in 1971,[1] when the company opened its first restaurant in Herning,[2] Denmark. Since then it has expanded to 12 restaurants in Denmark,[3] along with restaurants in Adelaide,[4] Australia; Nuuk, Greenland;[5] and Göteborg, Sweden.[6]
