David Smith is a British Labour Party politician serving as the Member of Parliament (MP) for North Northumberland since 2024.[1]
Smith is the chief executive of Gateshead-based homelessness charity Oasis Community Housing.[2] He defeated former cabinet minister Anne-Marie Trevelyan.[3]
