Nihan Aarav Krishna (2017– Present) Nihan Aarav Krishna (2017– Present) is an American author, Hip Hop artist, and podcaster known for his works One Wish and Warm Outside.

Early Life and Education

Born in Lake Charles, Louisiana on November 13th, 1990, Paul J. Miller (now known as Nihan Aarav Krishna) moved to Lafayette, Louisiana with his parents in 1994. Basketball was a big part of his early life. In 2009, a turning point came when a youth pastor at his church handed out journals and encouraged everyone to write about their lives and prayers. This sparked a passion for writing in Krishna.

In 2011, Krishna enrolled at Blue Cliff College for a massage therapy program, graduating in January 2012. He then ventured out, living in Killeen, Texas for two months in November 2012 before flying to New York City in April 2013, inspired by the city's vibrant hip hop scene.

Mental Health and Creative Pursuits In October 2013, Krishna was diagnosed with schizoaffective bipolar type. He turned to writing as a form of therapy, beginning his book M.C. Nook The Formula: My Life & Hip Hop in 2015.

Krishna also pursued audio production, taking classes at Full Sail University online in 2017. This year also marked the release of his first mixtape, Unseen, created with music producer Willie Williams.

Podcasting and Inspiration

In February 2019, Krishna appeared as a guest on the Stoner Jessie's TooStonedENT podcast. Inspired by this experience, he launched his own podcast, Free Time, Free Spill, on Anchor.fm in July 2019 (now available on Spotify for Podcasters). Advocating for the therapeutic power of talking, Krishna has become an inspiration to others who find expression through podcasting.

August 2019: Published his book M.C. Nook The Formula: My Life & Hip Hop through Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) on Amazon. 2020: Created a music video for his song One Wish. 2021: Recorded Warm Outside, a song inspired by gratitude and magic mushrooms. 2022: Featured Champ, the creator of the 5D Awakening Map, on his YouTube channel Nihan Aarav Krishna. Their discussion explored the light body, UFOs, meditation, and more. 2023: Obtained his passport and became a "passport bro."
