The Holly Springs School District is a public school district based in Holly Springs, Mississippi (USA).

There were a total of 1,985 students enrolled in the Holly Springs School District during the 2006–2007 school year. The gender makeup of the district was 50% female and 50% male. The racial makeup of the district was 97.76% African American, 1.74% White, 0.45% Hispanic, and 0.06% Asian.[1] 77.2% of the district's students were eligible to receive free lunch.[2]
