João Sacramento

João Pedro Machado Sacramento (born 31 January 1989) is a Portuguese football manager who most recently was the assistant manager of PSG.

Early life

Sacramento was born in Portugal to Ernestino Sacramento, and electrical engineer, and his wife.[1]

Playing career

Sacramento played as a midfielder in Portugal before attending university.[2]

College career

Sacramento attended the University of Glamorgan in Wales.[3]

Managerial career

In 2020, Sacramento was appointed assistant manager of English Premier League side Tottenham.[4] Previously, he was assistant manager of French Ligue 1 side Lille.[5]

Personal life

Sacramento has been able speak French, Spanish, and Portuguese.[6]
