Replaced "gold diggers" with "gold miners". Replaced "cannot speak Portuguese" with "do not speak Portuguese". The justification for this last edit is a little more subjective, but I think it is beneficial to use a phrase that will be understood as meaning the same thing without unintentionally reinforcing prejudices against indigenous peoples.
