- 20:2020:20, 11 September 2021 diff hist −6 Abdul-Qādir Bedil →Life: Added modifications to poet’s origin. First off, Turkic and Mongol are not mutually exclusive here, as Arlas tribe along with the other Mongols of Transoxiana had long before assumed Turkic identity and language. Second, I added “as part of modern Uzbek people” because half of the references indicate that and two, the Chaghatai People are not considered to be part of the modern Mongolians since they had become Turks and went on to become the direct ancestors of the modern Uzbeks. - 10:5210:52, 30 July 2021 diff hist −97 Ahmad Yasawi Kazakh language is out of place in this context. Yassawi was Karluk and wrote in Kara-Khanid, an ancestor of modern Uzbek and Uyghur languages. Furthermore he was born in Sairam, a Karluk and subsequently Uzbek majority city. Hence he was not of either Kypchak or Kazakh origin to include the Kazakh language here. - 02:2502:25, 5 July 2021 diff hist +29 Bukhara Added the IPA pronunciation to the Uzbek name too, since the name of the city is identical in both Tajik and Uzbek. As a sidenote, either Tajik or Persian should be included because Tajik is used in contemporary age, but Persian proper has been important to the city in the past. But if we put all historical languages of importance, we’ll need to include Chaghatai and Sogdian too, which will make the introduction way too long. Tags: Mobile edit Mobile web edit

Check Talk for more info. Furthermore, name of the city in the national language of the country it is located in goes first, followed by any other languages. Tags: Mobile edit Mobile web edit
