I think that this was a good idea to get the text away from the Lear Jet but the title is a bit tabloid like rather than encyclopedic. I suggest this should retain the title 2000 Australia Beechcraft King Air crash and that it be moved there. Ex nihil (talk) 12:46, 26 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Yes. In the case of accidents, Wikipedia does not regard the identity of the victims as relevant to an encyclopaedia. (Wikipedia is not a newspaper). If the pilot or one of the passengers is notable for some other reason there might be adequate grounds for naming that person in the article about the accident. For example, in the article about the crash of VH-ANK, mention is made of Margaret McIntyre, one of the passengers and someone who has her own article on Wikipedia because she was the first woman elected to the Parliament of Tasmania.
