Brunei situation

[edit]

AFC Website showing results awarded against Brunei - would make results against 4th placed sides count again. Laos would be out.

But AFC contradict themselves because the rules and regulations do say Have all its matches cancelled and considered null and void (all points, goals scored and goals against will not be counted and taken into consideration when deciding the ranking in the Group)
But the regulations are juridically.2001:62A:4:2F02:C419:6EDA:DC81:9002 (talk) 16:15, 22 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Laos would qualfy.

How does Laos could qualify to the next stage ? Which matches was taken away from the result ? I dont understand this.

Results against the bottom placed side would not be counted, so Bangladesh and Indioa for example would then get worser records than Laos would. Druryfire (talk) 14:42, 21 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I think maybe the AFC-Hompage show a match as awarded until the AFC Committees decision.

Acording to the regulations: Participating Member Associations that withdraw prior to, or are excluded from playing in the Competition, may be replaced by another Member Association. AFC Committees concerned shall make the relevant decision, including a change in the Competition system and the Technical Rules for the Competition if necessary. 2001:62A:4:2F02:C419:6EDA:DC81:9002 (talk) 16:13, 22 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
