Commercial?

[edit]

What was that commercial that ran during the summer of 2007, where this song was playing and it was supposed to be about a hamburger? MotherFerginPrincess (talk) 13:30, 6 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Stub class at moment, hints for improvements:

Start class:

  • Green tickY A reasonably complete infobox
  • Green tickY A lead section giving an overview of the single/song
  • Green tickY A track listing
  • Red XN Reference to at least primary personnel by name (must specify performers on the current single/song; a band navbox is insufficient)
  • Green tickY Categorisation at least by artist and year

C class:

  • Red XN All the start class criteria
  • Green tickY A reasonably complete infobox, including cover art
  • Green tickY At least one other section of prose (in addition to the lead section)
  • Green tickY A track listing containing track lengths and authors for all songs
  • Red XN A "personnel" section listing performers, including guest musicians.
  • Red XN Independent in-line references supporting major/controversial claims (e.g. US & UK chart positions)

B class:

  • Red XN All the C class criteria
  • Green tickY A completed infobox, including cover art and most technical details
  • Red XN A full list of personnel, including technical personnel and guest musicians (e.g. in a separate section)
  • Red XN No obvious issues with sourcing, including the use of blatantly improper sources.
  • Red XN No significant issues exist to hamper readability, although it may not rigorously follow WP:MOS
Could be C class with a good "personnel" section and a reference for US/UK chart claims.Shaidar cuebiyar (talk) 21:49, 26 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Longest-held note for a male pop singer

[edit]

The 16.2 seconds claimed for Russell Hitchcock holding the "final note" deserves an asterisk. During the interval, the "final note" modulated upward. Compare with, say, Donna Summer's "Dim All The Lights", in which for nearly 16 seconds she held a single note which did not modulate either upward or downward at all.98.149.97.245 (talk) 18:21, 22 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the original research, but no thanks. Please attributable to a reliable, published source. --Muhandes (talk) 11:01, 24 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
But the existing source is just a blog, surely not reliable? Should just be removed. --Jameboy (talk) 23:50, 7 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
