Decisive Victory?

[edit]

Thank you to whoever deleted "decisive" from the description, "Japanese victory". The tag "decisive" is over-used, as very few actions decide anything. I suppose this action could qualify as "major" or maybe even "complete", if someone objects to the deletion, but it didn't really decide anything that wasn't already decided the day before in the Java Sea. HNLMS Evertsen was part of Battle

[edit]

You guys do know that by any definition the HNLMS Evertsen should be included in the battle rollcall. Just because they cowardly tried to flee doesn't make them any less part of the battle. LOL Henryjones000 (talk) 23:51, 13 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Totally outnumbered and outgunned, a retreat/evasion to save the ship and the lives of the crew is not 'cowardly.' Shame on you. HammerFilmFan (talk) 22:16, 29 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
