One-sided focus is strongly misleading

[edit]

"it is important for women with a breast lump to receive appropriate evaluation" - shouldn't that be "everyone, but especially women" not just "women?"

Is there really any reason this article should focus exclusively on women at all? A number of these conditions arise just as frequently in men and are identical in every meaningful fashion - should wikipedia really be in the business of spreading misconceptions like "only women should be concerned about breast lumps?" Even the wiki-article on breast cancer implies that doing this is actually LETHAL to the poor guys who're left thinking that way and wind up not paying attention to their breasts until it's too late.
