Is this right?

"had after-tax profits of 238 million AUD in the 2003 calendar year on revenues of 3,751 thousand million Australian dollars." So $238 profit for $3,751,000 revenue? Seems unlikely. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 212.113.200.252 (talkcontribs) .

238,000,000 of 3,751,000,000 or 238 of 3,751 (please double check your figures in future) seems very likely. Pretty much all the large companies have margins like that... actually I'd say they'd have smaller margins. --TheSeer (TalkˑContribs) 09:01, 3 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

attack ad from greenpeace and its place in this article.

[edit]

I will use an analogy. If I were to take out a billboard saying "User:JessicabrownGPAP is a stinking prostitute", would that be valid information for inclusion in User:JessicabrownGPAP's biography? How is greenpeace's ad attacking coke any different? It is NOT neutral editing in any way shape or form. If there were facts in the edit other than the fact that greenpeace made the ad, and those facts were sourced to reliable sources, those facts might be included. But the existence of an ad that is slamming the subject of the article is not a reliable source for the validity of the viewpoints expressed in that ad, any more than my billboard would be. Relevant Information

[edit]

− − Hi Gtwfan, you were very quick to delete the information I just posted onto the Coca-Cola Amatil page. It is both neutral and relevant as the advertisement was targeting Coca-Cola. It is very similar in tone and information to the coverage of a Greenpeace ad targeting Kit Kat which you will find in the Boycot section. Pl

− Please stop deleting the section, and I am happy to take on board any advise you would like to offer to make the article more neutral in your eyes.

JessicabrownGPAP (talk) 11:13 pm, Today (UTC−6)

The material on Kit Kat's page presented a balanced account of the controversy, with reliably sourced references supporting both Greenpieace's and KitKat's views. There is no such material in the edit you keep edit warring in to this article. Your username is not hard to decipher; you obviously align yourself with Greepeace's viewpoints. That in itself is not a problem. When you edit in a manor such as to support those viewpoints, that is a problem. Gtwfan52 (talk) 05:25, 22 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Neutrality and Sources

[edit]

I saw fit to insert the "Multiple issues" template as I do not agree with the neutrality standard and overall business-like tone, in multiple sections, including the Introduction, Countries Served, Ownership, and History. Reads like a company presentation, and has no sources. Could anybody begin verification of info and making the tone more neutral, please? Anton-2492 (talk) 23:05, 8 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The Chairman changed last year and is now Ilana Atlas [1] [2]

There is also a new logo with a bolded Amatil as can be seen on their corporate website [3]

Can someone make the changes? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Lavenderbay40 (talkcontribs) 06:00, 1 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
