Now that David Johnston, current president of the University of Waterloo, is the Governor General-designate of Canada, he seems to be significantly more notable than anyone else on this page. I suggest that the article David Lloyd Johnston be moved here, and this disambig page be moved to David Johnston (disambiguation).
