Electoral district of Prospect[edit]

Electoral district of Prospect redirects to this article, but there is no mention of "Prospect" in the article. I've added a hatnote, but it's untidy if (as I suspect) there was never a NSW electorate of that name. Doug butler (talk) 21:22, 10 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

You are correct that there nas never been a NSW electorate called Prospect - but there will be at the 2015 election, and it will replace Smithfield. However, the redirect is still wrong; the new district of Prospect will get its own page. I would suggest we start a proper page for Prospect; I would have preferred to wait until parliament was dissolved, but it beats deleting it and recreating it in a few months (I can't believe the NSW election has come around so fast!). Well explained, and thanks. I presume you'll deal with the hatnotes? Doug butler (talk) 07:09, 11 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
