Assessment

[edit]

This is very close to a B-class article or better. The main points are:

  • While the policies sections are well referenced, the prose sections from "Formation" onwards are mostly unsourced.
  • The references need consolidating by use of named refs
  • We need photos - of key people and events. Should already be some on WP.

Book by Tom Brooking

[edit]

The list of references refers to Tom Brooking’s "The History of New Zealand" (no year given or page references) but he has written no book with that title. The reference could be to his "Milestones: Timeline of New Zealand History" (1988,1999) or perhaps to "Making a New Land: Envirionmental Histories of New Zealand" (2013, co-authored).
