Fishburgers are called Bremer

[edit]

You should add this important information!

I'm from Germany, so what I say is correct. Don't question me and don't demand any source for what I say. Don't be lazy, get the sources yourselves. You can read it here: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fischbrötchen — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2002:5482:46E5:0:11C7:9468:B45D:25D4 (talk) 10:14, 20 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I'm from northwestern Germany, and I've never heard anyone call a Fischbrötchen a “Bremer”. Your argument is invalid unless you can provide a source. --Fippe 23:34, 24 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I'm from Hamburg. A "Bremer" is a white roll with a fish cake and remoulade or dried onions and ketchup. "Bremer" is the correct term for it. This picture shows an example: http://www.nordsee.com/files/nordsee/img/products/products_small/snacks/bremer_klein.jpg --GeoTrinity (talk) 22:05, 27 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

In Germany no one would ever call this a sandwich

[edit]

because sandwiches are made with bread (Brot), this is made with buns/rolls which are not bread (Brot) but Brötchen (a diminutive of Brot) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2002:5482:46E5:0:11C7:9468:B45D:25D4 (talk) 10:16, 20 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

But "sandwich" is the correct term in English for this kind of preparation ... Grüße aus Hamburg! --GeoTrinity (talk) 22:06, 27 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
