Primary source for sometime perusal

http://library.uncw.edu/web/collections/manuscript/ms135.html says that at "Special Collections Department, William Madison Randall Library, University of North Carolina at Wilmington, 601 South College Road, Wilmington 28403-3297" there is a letter written by Dudley himself.
