Controversial Material deleted

[edit]

I have deleted two controversial passages. There were references given for these, but on perusing those references there is no mention whatsoever in those references of the controversial material relating to allegations of "kidnap" and of "prisoners to be paid to convert to Islam..." 208.77.91.41 (talk) 16:48, 30 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Quality of references

[edit]

Of the 6 referenced urls in the article, four are dead links (which I've marked as such), and a blog page is references 7 times. The blog ReligionNewsBlog, describes itself as a news curator: "Religion News Blog is a non-profit service providing academics, religion professionals and other researchers with religion & cult news". In and of itself, is there any indication that it can be regarded as a reliable source? --gråb whåt you cån (talk) 10:47, 15 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
