One piece?

[edit]

Firstly, there shouldn't be a section titled "introduction". If it's truly intro material, it should go into the intro on top. About the content of the "intro" section, though: what does it mean that Korean armours are "one piece"? From the picture's I've seen of Korean armours, it's multi-piece just like the armours in the surrounding regions. Also the explanation following seems to imply that Korea's historical enemies are primarily China and Mongolia, and that the armour are somehow design to distinguish from them. The first notion isn't historically accurate: like most places Korea was just as occupied with internal warfare as with its neighbours. The second notion is also preposterous: effectiveness is always the primary concern of armour design, nobody design armours just to make them easier to distinguish from the enemy. o (talk) 13:19, 15 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
