Benefactors

[edit]

I have removed Benefactors for the page. An IP added the following people's name in the page:

  • Andrew Carnegie, benefactor[1]
  • Lord Calthorpe, benefactor, in 1900 he presented 27½ acres of land for the site of the university buildings, and in 1907 he gave another site, immediately adjacent, of nearly 20 acres for a private recreation ground for the students
  • Sir George Holcroft, benefactor
  • Lord Strathcona, benefactor[2]

I don't think those names are apt in this page. They can be added in the University of Birmingham page. UI1990 (talk) 10:04, 9 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Circuit judges

[edit]

I've removed three non-notable Circuit judges, namely Peter Carr, Philip Parker and John Charles Price, from the page. There are currently over 600 circuit judges throughout England and Wales, and they are rank below High Court judges. Many of them are non-notable. UI1990 (talk) 05:20, 15 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
