Dog Photo

[edit]

I think that the last photo (Dog) should really be changed. I don't know what it is, but it is not representative of a dog. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.7.96.204 (talk) 23:21, 22 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I agree. Chrisrus (talk) 00:43, 23 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Coyotes?

[edit]

The omission of coyotes is glaring.Chrisrus (talk) 00:43, 23 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Really, what is the deal with this? Is it so difficult to get even a ballpark population estimate for Canis latrans? Chrisrus (talk) 01:32, 13 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Grey wolf, red fox and Eurasian badger are all missing. I suppose some data are just hard to collect especially a huge number of countries are concerned.2602:306:335F:DCC0:882F:D353:CC7A:ABFA (talk) 05:15, 19 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Wolves have ~400,000 according to wiki article on number of wolves by country. 75.82.149.127 (talk) 00:23, 29 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Missing Asiatic Black Bear

[edit]

can someone add it? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 173.63.109.12 (talk) 00:18, 14 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Cats

[edit]

How come cats (domestic) are not on the list? If the estimate for dogs can be made at 400,000, there must be a way to make an estimate for cats???

Giant Panda

[edit]

Is the Panda really a carnivore? I hear, it is on a bamboo diet... — Preceding unsigned comment added by Wikirictor (talkcontribs) 06:13, 24 August 2013 (UTC) They are in order Carnivora,so they are[reply]

Walrus

[edit]

I think that walrus should be included in this list. 99.118.150.200 (talk) 17:25, 13 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Colour

[edit]

What do the colours in the status cells represent? They aren't consistent to the statuses, so I'm not sure what they are meant to signify. Matt Deres (talk) 15:01, 22 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Data sorting for IUCN status

[edit]

Is there a way to make just the 'status' column sortable by IUCN order i.e. from LC to EX? I can't work out if it's feasible based on the Help:Sorting page, but it would seem more sensible to me than having it sortable by A-Z.148.64.8.53 (talk) 13:10, 21 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
