I am of the opinion that this title should have a hyphen: Lord Justice-Clerk. David Lauder 20:44, 23 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

All statutory references to the Lord Justice Clerk use the unhyphenated form, as does the Scottish Court Service website.--George Burgess 10:35, 18 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Why do some have the full date of their appointment and others not? The full dates are largely available right back into the early years. David Lauder 09:16, 18 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
