Name spelling

Moved back to Martin Guise from "Guisse". Latter was undoubtedly used, probably later in life in Peru, but all the cited references in the article have his original name "Guise". Google searches of both web and books show a preponderance for Guise over Guisse. And in Peru usage was mixed - see for example http://www.fotosimagenes.org/imagenes/jorge-martin-guise-5.jpg .
