Harwood????

[edit]

The show underwent multiple changes throughout its over nine-year run. Initially, the program revolved around a claymation-style moon character names Pendro S Harwood, who narrated the often themed-nights, and served as the de facto host. Harwood was a disgraced director whose films were rejected by Hollywood. He took on the guise of the claymation Moon and invented Monstervision to block TNT's broadcast of classic movies to show monster movies instead. Where does this "harwood" backstory come from? I know the source provided afterwards was listed (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8mwnshTuyN8), but nowhere does it confirm the following "backstory" given concering the claymation moon character that was the mascot of the block upon its inception? is there any official "Monstervision" meterial that provides this backstory? otherwise, i call it being fake. i have blanked the paragraph out, and prepared to replace it with a more generic paragraph without the (possibly fake) backstory.
