Monster List

[edit]

It is very unorganized, can someone with knowledge of the game fix it. Orracle107 (talk) 23:36, 10 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Well I think I could fix it but I'm a little afraid someone will try and mess it up. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Camilo101 (talkcontribs) 17:52, 15 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Stop it

[edit]

I made this page so that the newest information of MHP2nd could be read about. Stop changing the information and putting crap up on like how someone changed Tigarex's name to my name. This isn't the elementary school.

Please put your posts on the bottomw of the talk pages. It makes it easier to sift through old and new stuff. If you don't mind me asking, who was it that vandalized the article? I didn't see anything, but I could be mistaken. SuperDT 00:13, 28 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Tigarex

[edit]

i added additional info to Tigarex and included the fact that it was a concept art that was reused.

You don't have to put what you edited in the talk page; that's what edit summaries are for =) You can put what you edited in the talk page if it's a controversial edit, like blanking half the page and such.SuperDT 22:06, 26 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
After having a chat with A Man in Black, it appears that we shouldn't add any info on the Tigarex until an actual news story or press release comes out confirming him. SuperDT 05:28, 28 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

He has been confirmed. watch this and you will see him at the end Monster Hunter Portable 2nd trailer

And here is confirming artwork

And a magazine scan with

http://blog.ameba.jp/user_images/c9/10/10009677976.jpghim

in case you didn't look carefuly tigarex is on the left hand side of the page.

And this is ther most confirming evidence.

http://www.capcom.co.jp/monsterhunter/P2nd/

1.when on the site(even though it is japanese) select "game" when the PSP screen apears.

2.select the second thing down under the game menu and Wait for the slide thing to start

3.near the end you will see him.

Yeah, I tried that last one. He said that although they have put it on their website, we should wait for a press release and/or more details, instead of just a mention. SuperDT 06:17, 2 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
About the confirming "artwork," those are two stills of the Full Motion Video introduction. I have the game, and I can get some screenshots, or record them in some form of media to prove them official if you require it. This probably doesn't change much, but in case anyone wished to know... 1,000,000 copies sold, but when?

[edit]

Both articles for MH1 and 2 for the PSP say they were the first to sell 1,000,000 copies, so unless they managed to sell them at the exact same time I'd say one of the articles needs fixing —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 124.149.61.201 (talk) 01:53, 5 April 2007 (UTC).[reply]

sure why not...? 70.190.109.11 06:56, 8 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Added note about MHP 2's record breaking sales. --Dissidia 04:59, 18 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hunting Horns can Stun

Fair use rationale for Image:MHF2cover.jpg

[edit]

Image:MHF2cover.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
