Merge

[edit]

This article should be merged with Mother Earth (journal), preferably under the current title ("journal" is generally reserved for academic journals). Apparently there were two different articles with the name Mother Earth, but I see no reason why there could not be one article covering both. --Crusio (talk) 16:00, 2 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

C. L. James as a contributor to Mother Earth

[edit]

The article lists C. L. R. James (Cyril Lionel Robert James, 4 January 1901 – 19 May 1989) as one of the contributors to Mother Earth, and provides Peter Glassgold's Introduction to Anarchy! An Anthology of Emma Goldman's Mother Earth as the source. However, p. xvii does not list "C. L. R. James" as a contributor; it lists "C. L. James." I don't have any ready biographical information on C. L. James; however, he was publishing articles in Mother Earth in March 1911, when C. L. R. James was 10 years old. I think it is unlikely that they are the same person. I have revised the contributor list accordingly. Radgeek (talk) 22:38, 15 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
