Talk:National Sports Sedan Series

"Although a Sports Sedan Series has been held each year since 2003, its status has been that of a national series rather than that of an official Australian Championship." You know the only difference between the two levels of 'status' is an increased financial contribution to CAMS? The series has been run in exactly the same format with much the same competitors since '03. I'd like to think the page could reflect the four series held since then when the only difference is essentially tax. --Falcadore (talk) 07:08, 17 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I think you will find that the regulations changed after 2003 to allow point scoring with cars other than just Group 3D Sports Sedans (i.e. Transam & TraNZam cars) although this didn't make a whole lot of difference to the fields. If we want to cover post 2003 I guess that the ASSC page is an acceptable place to do it. However I would certainly like to see a clear delineation between the two histories if we choose to go that way. Regards, GTHO (talk) 11:58, 17 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

What is a Sports Sedan

[edit]

The article somehow manages to avoid any mention describing what a Sports Sedan is. --Falcadore (talk) 03:05, 7 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
