Starting this page on Patricia Raybon. Seems like she has had numerous credits to her name so thought she would be an important writer in the field of race relations.

The back of the book says she is the winner of the "Christopher Award."

Could we have some people add to it? Thanks. And I couldn't get the ref's to work. There is an open and a close, so I don't know what I"m doing wrong. I clicked on the link and the script said to insert the reference there, which I did; but it's asking for something more. Sorry to quote so thoroughly from the preface. I thought that would give some new editors something to go on. Her DOB which would be the likely thing to start with, I guess from the book it would be 1949, unless 67 is her Jr. High grad year. She went to Northglenn Jr. High in Colorado Thanks for helping. Kristinwt (talk) 06:06, 24 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for fixing the ref tags. She has retired now from the faculty. And there's a picture there of her, too. Anyone want to tackle WP copyright rules? http://www.colorado.edu/journalism/bylines/spring06/facultynews/raybon.html Kristinwt (talk) 06:13, 24 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
