Unnamed Son

[edit]

Phoebe's fact box says she had an unborn, unnamed son. Yet, wasn't the unborn source the son of the Seer and then implanted into Phoebe? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Olympic god (talkcontribs) .

It really doesn't matter, even if it was Phoebe's (the line is open to interpretation) it's not notable enough anyway. Zythe 02:11, 21 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
No, the child was biologically Phoebe and Cole's. This was why The Seer had to create the chocolates for Cole/The Source to feed Phoebe, so that he could impregnate her during the night of the Harvest Moon despite any "preventative measures" she took (i.e. birth control pills, condoms, etc...) Also, on a related note, the reason he later went evil was due to the tonic that The Seer fed Phoebe during the early part of her pregnancy and not the assumption that the child was The Source's and The Seer's. (It was stated over and over throughout the series that children are not born good or evil, it is how they are raised, so Phoebe and Cole's son was not evil, it was the tonic that he was given that ensured his "evilness.") When would the futes have been born

i think it would have been born like december 2002

Well, techinally she miscarried the baby so I don't think we should put it on the infobox and I think it would have been around December 2002Alex250P (talk) 19:42, 6 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Best Potion Maker

[edit]

The characters always say Piper is the best potion maker, but Phoebe seems to be very, very good at it too. Phoebe makes a potion to undue the evil spell on Cole in season 3 without even knowing the spell, she also made a potion to enter movies, and a potion to exit movies. I'm sure their are more examples, but these come to mind. ~ Silence_Knight —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 70.23.110.204 (talkcontribs) .

It should be noted that just because Piper's the best potion maker, it doesn't mean she's the only one. Phoebe obviously can, and does, make potions to good effect. They are simply suggesting that Piper is better at it, not that she monopolizes the field. It's rather like suggesting that Phoebe is the best spell writer, which she is. Prue, on the other hand, once wrote a spell in Murphy's Luck off the cuff which was able to remove a darklighter's curse on Maggie Murphy. Even Phoebe was impressed with it. Piper and Paige once turned a demon into a tree with a spontaneously worded spell, which also impressed Phoebe. But Phoebe is probably the best one, since she's probably written more spells, spontaneously and prepared, than the other sisters combined. PatrickLMT 21:47, 17 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Samantha Goldstein

[edit]

In the interest of giving credit where credit is due, I added Samantha Goldstein, who, like Frances Bey, portrayed Phoebe at a different stage of her life in "The Three Faces of Phoebe." (Hey, I could have gotten really obnoxious and added Rose McGowan to the list, since she once swapped bodies with Phoebe, therefore, she once played Phoebe, too.) PatrickLMT 21:47, 17 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I think it's fair to say Rose McGowan played Phoebe since she certainly did. It would be prudent to add a note that it was in that specific episode to avoid confusion. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2602:306:CE64:1EF0:79A4:1FCF:D7EC:D106 (talk) 00:41, 11 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Chaneling?

[edit]

In Soul Survivor, when Piper and Phoebe go to Paige who is being auctioned off. Well, when their Piper blows up a grimlock and Phoebe "chanels" which causes a female demon to explode. Piper said what sound like "Way to channel" or somthing and is it safe to say that this was caused by her Empathy power?--Dil 22:13, 19 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Because powers are linked to emotions, Phoebe was able to use intense emotions or whatnot to redirect power back at the female demon. I don't think it was ever really defined, and seemed to be more of a "use as the story needs it" type of thing. -- Huntster T@C 02:28, 20 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Channeling would be more powerful than Piper's blowing up & freezing. JakeTheBlake 21:58, 19 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Actually Phoebe used her power to redirect a fireball or energy ball back at the demon not channel Pipers power —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.146.194.95 (talk) 21:26, 5 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

No Nephews

[edit]

In phoebe's infobox, her nephews arfe not mentioned

Yeah they are--NeilEvans 16:11, 20 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Romantic Life

[edit]

Why isn't Dex mentioned in this section? He is more important than a few other romantic interests in the section, especially considering he and Phoebe were married. I think he should be included. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 71.172.246.225 (talkcontribs).

Name

[edit]

Just an interesting tidbit, Phoebe is the name of a Titan. Don't know if this could fit in this article. Missjessica254 18:58, 24 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Short answer is no, it would not fit.--NeilEvans 19:51, 24 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Image

[edit]

Can anyone revert it back to the season 8 promo image because I don't know how and Phoebe hasn't had blonde hair for years on Charmed so I think that the most recent image possible should be used(images from season 8 since this was the last season of the series).Kkbhe 10:22, 28 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I agree. That picture is a ridiculous representation of her. Maybe someone should change that picture instead of reversing perfectly good edits on an article... I don't know how to change the picture either. Chexmix53 (talk) 03:06, 12 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Powers/Statistics Box

[edit]

Shouldn't a distinction be made in the statistics box to note that Levitation and Empathy are former powers of Phoebe's? As it stands, it gives the impression that she still possesses those powers but she was stripped of them, they were never specifically shown to be restored, as her premonition ability was, and she has not used them since.

Perhaps "Empath" should also be removed from the Species list for the same reason. - Holly.

Levitation and Empathy should remain as her powers, because they were her powers for years. I do agree the Empath should be removed from the species list. She was not an empath by species, she was a witch with empathic powers. There is a difference. Chexmix53 (talk) 03:08, 12 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I didn't mean that they should be removed altogether, but it's a little misleading as it is. Maybe a note could be made in the statistics box for the sake of clarification; something along the lines of "Empathy (stripped in 'Crimes and Witch Demeanors')". - Holly. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 213.202.147.48 (talk) 18:43, 15 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Shouldn't it be noted that Phoebe kicks and punches are stronger than an ordinary human. For example; in the episode "Importance of Phoebe" Phoebe couldnt fight off the shape-shifting demon due to a spell that removed her magic, but when her magic powers returned she kicked the demon without levitating several feet back. So should this be considered magically amped martial-arts, extension of levitation, or super-strength. -Kai200995

death count.

[edit]

in something wicca this way goes, THE SISTERS DIDN'T DIE. therefore, it shouldn't be added to the table. it is counting how many times they really clinically died. 66.245.65.88 (talk) 21:58, 27 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Phoebe doesn't die in "Morality Bites." Time reset before that could happen. Otherwise, she wouldn't have been able to come back, since she was in her future body. 98.26.107.185 (talk) 03:09, 5 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I think she did die in Morality Bites- or at least she started to. She felt herself dying and in that "universe" she died. Whether that Universe continued to exist on a parallel plane or ceased to exist because that future did not come to be is unknown and one of those questions that could be debated forever. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2602:306:CE64:1EF0:79A4:1FCF:D7EC:D106 (talk) 00:31, 11 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

2.5 Rewitched and the Ultimate Battle

[edit]

Hi sorry if I do this wrong but I am new here

Currently the article reads:

It is said that in Season 9 which is coming out Fall 2010, that Dan Gordon's daughter, Phoenix Sage Gordon will be learning the Craft from Phoebe and her fiancee Chris Halliwell. Phoenix's mother was a whitelighter and Phoenix's powers include preminition, fire, light (Whitelighter powers) and darkness. It's rumored that Phoenix's mother was an ex demon before turning into a whitelighter. Phoenix is two and a half years younger than Chris but the two get along well and rumors say have three kids; two girls and one boy.

as edited by 207.58.192.14

If this is true I haven't heard any wind of it. I don't know if it should be deleted or else simply marked as unsubstantiated. Thanks for any help.

IMPORTANCE Of PHOEBE

[edit]

Shouldn't it be noted that Phoebe kicks and punches are stronger than an ordinary human. Death count... Episode "Morality Bites"

[edit]

Does Phoebe dies in this episode? In fact, she's just burn and then, the Charmed Ones goes back to 1999, she doesn't really dies. Andrei Cvhdsee Brazil (talk) 01:54, 26 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Phantom Pregnancy

[edit]

In the episode "Kill Billie Vol. 1", Phoebe took a pregnancy test and it was positive, even though she wasn't actually pregnant. Is it possible that she was having a hysterical pregnancy, since she said something along the lines of "My boobies feel enormous, and all I want to do is eat all this candy." (Piper had candy on the bench due to the fact it was Halloween. Usually, when experiencing false pregnancy, your body takes on the usual symptoms of pregnancy. 219.89.132.131 (talk) 09:48, 28 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Temporary Powers

[edit]

I would be interested in a Temporary Powers sub-section that lists powers gained only for an episode or two (for example, when turned into a magical creature or powers granted due to a spell)

Another example of a "Temporary Power" would be the power that Phoebe had in Morality Bites- the one she used to kill the baseball player (did they ever say what that power was?)

Some of her temporary powers include- supernatural intelligence (via spell), breathing underwater (two episodes), flying (as a banshee and another time all three witches flew on a broom stick in the past), and bewitching (I believe she could make people fall in love w/ her when she became the Goddess of Love). I think there was a time or two when the sisters got their powers switched as well.
