It would be really nice if the introduction could explain in relatively simple terms what this, y'know, is. I would do it, but I'm still not totally sure. 24.8.255.175 (talk) 02:11, 19 August 2010 (UTC) Presently the explanation starts immediately about everything EXCEPT "what Reperfusion Therapy IS." The first several paragraphs say "It is central to MI treatment"; "Who is/is not a candidate" ; "How to recognize it" etc., etc. Please make a "top down description" not "the finest of details for a medical expert who doesn't need to read this anyway!Jeff-L-Wright (talk) 18:05, 20 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I have re-lead the article to explain at the very top and in relatively simple terms what reperfusion therapy is. It was actually in there -- just not evidently so to anyone who isn't a doctor. I feel this article still needs to be re-written to make it more reader-friendly with less medical jargon. Celia Kozlowski (talk) 11:13, 5 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
