Liberal Churchmen

[edit]

There is a sub-section of the Secretariat of State that has been described by observers as a State within a State because of the influence of a secretive liberal lobby within the curial department. While the Church's diplomats are generally known to be more concerned about diplomatic and political activities than actual spirituality, there should be additional information about such claims on activist liberals who work within the Holy See itself.
