We want to introduce the present. Panchyat system of India specially of Bihar. Mainly we want to introduce the geographical, economical, social & political position of this Panchyat Through this we want to make capable to search this globally. We draw your attention to small organism, agriculture, crops trade and many more. Here we are starting from the historical background of this panchyat. This new panchyat created from addition of two former panchyat namely Mahna and Sultanpur. Later some part of Mahna and other nearest village like Malikpura, Marachhi, Chaugethiya contribute their part to make this. talents of siwan should return back

the state, the distt which provided New and independent India 1st president is now starving for their sons to came back and made the land proud again. I raise a question to all the citizens of siwan disst that why all the talent of this land is immigrating since many years and creating mile stones at other places, cant they return and make a boom to their birthplace? is there any wait of any initiative ? if it is then why not we start it by today. pls join me to think,plan,program and execute with an open mind and heart to serve the land. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 49.15.92.131 (talk) 17:52, 12 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
