The references merely gave the definition of the acronym, without anything else useful. The change management section smacked of OR, as the ref provided did not mention WIIFM at all. I've added a ref that does feature the concept, but not sure this topic is notable. PaintedCarpet (talk) 01:47, 6 February 2014 (UTC)
Can anyone comment on the origins of the phrase in sales and marketing? I first encountered it in 1991 in a sales course. DS 12 May 2015
