Me Too will fade away this December.

[edit]

I have a prediction: Me Too, the former WMEU-CA, will fade away this December when The U Too comes to take its place. What do you think about this prediction? AdamDeanHall (talk) 18:45, 8 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

WMEU-CA to WCUU-CA

[edit]

I recently noticed that the call letters were changed from WMEU-CA to WCUU-CA. Could you please give me a reason why the call letters were changed about a month ago? AdamDeanHall (talk) 21:34, 24 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I recently noticed that the call letters were changed from WCUU-CA back to WMEU-CA on November 5th. Could you please give me a reason why the call letter were changed back? AdamDeanHall (talk) 00:55, 18 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

WMEU-CDWCUU-CD – The U Too channel's call letters are WCUU while Me-Too's call letters are still WMEU. Here are some sources for that: http://www.wciu.com/schedule/wcuu and http://www.wciu.com/schedule/wmeu AdamDeanHall (talk) 23:48, 26 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • Why does this seem so confusing. Can you present a source?--TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 23:57, 27 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose; although Weigel may use WCUU for "The U Too" unofficially, the call letters "WCUU-CD" are not actually assigned to any station at present. (In fact, no station is assigned WCUU right now, and the call sign is available according to the Federal Communications Commission. The station broadcasting on RF channel 32 using virtual channel 48 retains the call letters WMEU-CD, its Children's Television Programming Report filing reflects this. I don't know why the officially-assigned call letters are out-of-sync with the programming (especially since the station and its analog predecessor did briefly change to the WCUU-LD and WCUU-CA call letters in 2010, well before "The U Too" ever actually aired on the station), but best as I can tell that's what it is. (And if I'm reading that Children's Television Programming Report correctly, "Me-Too" is again being transmitted over WMEU-CD as channel 48.3 anyhow.) --WCQuidditch 20:35, 1 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to one external link on WMEU-CD. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. A brand new WCIU-TV logo has just been uploaded today. Could you please upload a brand new WMEU-CD logo as soon as possible? The logo I'm talking about is based on the brand new logo of WCIU-TV. AdamDeanHall (talk) 22:59, 5 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

WMEU-CDWCUU-CD – On September 1st, The U Too becomes The U. AdamDeanHall (talk) 15:07, 31 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Oppose - per WP:NCBC, the article should be named using the station's legal call sign as issued by the FCC. If the call sign changes to WCUU-CD on September 1st (it hasn't changed yet), then that would be the time to change it, not now. Mlaffs (talk) 16:26, 31 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Wait for it to become official. This is no different from any other announced future change. O.N.R. (talk) 17:00, 31 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
