James Mason (Australian actor)

[edit]

Created by Raintheone (talk). Self-nominated at 23:56, 9 January 2019 (UTC).

Article is new, long enough, and within policy. Content of the first hook is good, but it feels too wordy. Tighten it up a bit and this shall pass. Morganfitzp (talk) 22:05, 10 January 2019 (UTC)
@Morganfitzp: - I have changed the wording and wondered if it is now acceptable.Rain the 1 10:13, 11 January 2019 (UTC)
How about: ALT2: ... that James Mason landed a role in Neighbours after two thirds of the other actors dropped out of the audition upon learning that the character was gay? Morganfitzp (talk) 13:15, 12 January 2019 (UTC)
@Morganfitzp: That is great. I changed it to your suggestion.Rain the 1 00:15, 15 January 2019 (UTC)
Looks good! Morganfitzp (talk) 21:37, 15 January 2019 (UTC)
  • Hi, I came by to promote this, and restored the original thread so I could see who was suggesting what. It looks like the nominator accepted the reviewer's rewording and then the reviewer approved it, which is not allowed per Rule H2. New reviewer needed for ALT2. Yoninah (talk) 22:22, 27 January 2019 (UTC)
@Yoninah: - Would you review it?Rain the 1 01:45, 29 January 2019 (UTC)
  • @Raintheone: If I review it, I can't promote it, and there aren't so many promoters nowadays. Yoninah (talk) 14:36, 29 January 2019 (UTC)
Thank you for replying. I completely understand.Rain the 1 17:23, 29 January 2019 (UTC)
  • Noticed this after reviewing another article. ALT2 is good, it is sourced in the Career section with an inline citation. Article is new and long enough, neutral and I cannot see any copyright violations. - JuneGloom07 Talk 18:05, 29 January 2019 (UTC)
