Kahlil Adrian Viray is a junior competitive International Practical Shooting Confederation shooter from the Philippines. He was born on April 26, 2002 in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila. He started airsoft practical shooting when he was nine. When he was eleven, he became a member of the Philippine Practical Shooting Association and became an active junior competitive shooter. At the age fourteen, he became a grandmaster in the standard division. He is the IPSC World Champion in junior category in the standard division in the 2017 IPSC Handgun World Shoot and current world record holder of the same.

Kahlil is a part of Team Limcat and is a Double Alpha Academy sponsored shooter.
