Bill Sandillo is an American Professional Baseball Player, Coach and Executive. Bill spent 26-Years working in professional baseball. Bill worked at every level in professional baseball first working as a baseball coach/trainer at the Bucky Dents Baseball school in DelRay Beach Florida in 1990. Hired to work for the Mets later that year Bill was sent to single-A with the Pittsfield Mets in the New York Penn League. Working front office by day and on-field by night Bill spent two seasons with the Mets before being hired to work in AA for the Boston Red Sox in New Britain Connecticut in the Eastern League. Bill once again worked in the front office by day and at night had the opportunity to learn player development. Even because a bull pen catcher and Batting practice pitcher on road games. From 1992-1996 Bill worked in New Britain before being hired to work in AAA for the San Francisco Giants/Phoenix Firebirds of the Pacific Coast League. In 1997 the Firebirds moved to Fresno California. In 1998 Bill decided to stay in Arizona and was hired by Major League Baseball to work as the Assistant to Hall of Famer Frank Robinson in Baseball Operations for the Arizona Fall Baseball League. In 1999 Bill got a Major League job with the Milwaukee Brewers as a spring training coordinator at their New Spring Training Facility in Maryvale AZ. In 2000-2001 Bill was hired by the Arizona Diamondbacks as a batting practice pitcher and training center coach. In 2001 the Diamondbacks won there only ever World Series championship.

In 1996 Bill also opened his training academy called Predator USA. Bill continues to train in Arizona and continues to coach. In 2010 Bill coached in Orleans of the Cape Cod Baseball League. In 2015 Bill coached in Lacrosse Wisconsin for the LaCrosse Loggers of the Northwoods league and in 2018 Bill was the Field manager for Padova in the series A1 Italian professional baseball league.
