The Umbrella Foundation (often referred to as Umbrella),is a non-profit NGO and registered charity founded in 2005. Its goal is to alleviate the impact of trafficking, poverty and war on the children of Nepal. Since 2005 it has taken in 386 vulnerable children and and reintegrated 162 back with their families and communities. It was founded and is headquartered in Dublin, Ireland. It is a family-first charity working to relieve the impact of trafficing, poverty and war on the children of Nepal through projects which promote education, reintegration and community development.
