Operation Nightwatch Portland Operation Nightwatch is a non-profit agency in Portland, Oregon, which serves people who are low-income, experiencing homelessness and mental illness. Founded in 1981 as a hospitality ministry, the program now includes a downtown hospitality center, a Mobile Hospitality Center and street hospitality teams.

Operation Nightwatch is a member of Ecumenical Ministries of Oregon and holds an optional weekly worship service and Bible study. [1] The Operation Nightwatch Mobile Hospitality Center was launched in July 2010 as an outreach toward people experiencing homelessness in eastern Multnomah County. [2]

The Mobile Hospitality Center has a medical examination room and currently serves Friday and Saturday nights. Street Hospitality Teams visit communities of people who are homeless by foot in the downtown area. The Hospitality Center has been located in St. Stephen's Episcopal Parish since November, 2010.
